This customised facial starts with a deep cleanse and thorough skin examination so your therapist can understand your skin on the day and tailor the treatment to support your concerns, whether that’s dullness, dehydration, congestion, sensitivity or uneven texture.
Your treatment includes a gentle peel to refresh and brighten the skin, followed by intense hydration and a soothing treatment mask to calm, nourish and restore your glow. During your appointment, you’ll receive guidance on the best professional treatments and active skincare to support your concerns, including how to use your recommended products and how often treatments may be needed. Your IPL Pigmentation Consultation and Patch Test is the first step before beginning IPL pigment removal treatments. During this appointment, your therapist will assess the treatment area, discuss your pigmentation concerns and goals, explain how the treatment works, and perform a patch test to ensure your skin is suitable before progressing with future sessions.
Please avoid unprotected sun exposure and fake tan on the treatment area for at least two weeks before your appointment. If the skin has been recently tanned or sun exposed, treatment may not be able to go ahead safely and your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. -

Please note this treatment is only suitable for light brown to black hair and is not effective on blonde, white or grey hair.
Please ensure the hair is visible for your consultation so your therapist can properly assess suitability. You’ll also need to avoid unprotected sun exposure and fake tan on the treatment area for at least two weeks before your appointment, as recently tanned or sun-exposed skin may not be safe to treat and your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.

Please arrive with clean skin so your session can begin straight away. You’ll relax comfortably for 20 minutes under the LED light with protective goggles on, then complete your own self-service post-care using the hydrating, barrier-supporting skincare and SPF provided for daytime appointments.
